"Making the right choices"
The word ‘organic’ has been chosen to describe food grown on good soil without the use of pesticides and fertilisers. But it is more than just that ! The culture which derives from eating good food and using products free from harmful chemicals reflects a growing awareness in people everywhere that we cannot ‘trust’ governments and businesses to do our thinking for us. We know that there is a high percentage of detectable poisons in the food supply (many of which do not break down but accumulate in the body) A report by a government working party in September 2000 stated that ‘Pesticide residues were detected in 71% of food samples tested’. In 1950 the Ministry of Agriculture Foods & Fisheries – MAFF- said that controls would create ‘unwarranted interference with the freedom of commercial concerns’. Despite the efforts made by various government bodies, we have to hope that the freedom of companies to exploit our food supplies at the expense of our health and wellbeing becomes limited by the freedom of people to choose where they get their supplies from. As a health practitioner with 28 years experience in treating the public with safe and natural substances I have seen the results of our wrong choices. Many diseases are caused by what I call ‘toxic overload’ caused by poor nutrition and the use of dangerous chemicals in one form or another in our everyday environment. Personal care products like toothpaste and deodorant for example are often riddled with dubious chemicals. At least some of these are written on the labels so that you can check your poison list ! However foods can be subject to radiation, genetic modification and a host of organophosphate chemicals with the potential to cause cancerous and degenerative interactions in the body. The influence of drugs and medicine, food supplements etc can be observed in the changing patterns of the human energy field known as the ‘aura’. The equipment used to produce the prints shown here is known as a GDV analysis device and was developed together with extensive computer programmes by Professor Konstantin Korotkov from St. Petersburg University in Russia. The camera detects various emissions from foods including biophotons – or particles of light which many scientists now believe is the intrinsic energy of our food. Enzymes are the catalysts which help us to digest food and these are destroyed by various processing methods, chemicals, radiation, drugs and microwaves. We all do have the freedom to choose and the intelligence to make the right choices. Our first effort must be to obtain a reliable source of organically produced food. We then need to avoid the use of everyday products which contain potentially harmful chemicals, and supplement the diet with essential vitamins and minerals which are deficient in our current food.
