JUICING AND JUICING
THERAPY: compiled by David Broom MIRCH
Checking to see if your are
deficient in minerals:
EAT only acid foods for 2 complete
days (Meats/Grains/Nuts/Seeds)
You imagine this would give you an
acid reading but it will give an alkaline reading if you are low on alkaline
minerals because the body has a defence mechanism which produces ammonia to
compensate for the high acid intake. This is just one of the body’s amazing
back-up systems .
Take reading in the morning:
If this is 6.8 to 8.00 on the PH
scale it means that your kidneys are producing a lot of ammonia (very
alkaline) and is compensating for extreme acid
A
normal reading would be 5.5 to 5.8 but if you have a reading of 6.0 to 6.5
your health is at risk due to deficiency of alkaline minerals. If you are
6.00 to 6.5 it means you are low on reserves of alkaline minerals.
If your
urinary PH is high after 2 days on acid foods it means you you are nearly
out of alkaline reserves and are unable to neutralise the acid before it
gets into the kidneys. This can relate to TOO MUCH PROTEIN.
INDICATORS WHICH SHOW IF WE HAVE
EATEN CORRECTLY:
Straight after a meal the ideal SALIVARY PH would be be 6.5 to 6.8.
Your
URINARY PH should be 6.5
The
SALIVARY PH should go up after a meal.
If it
is 5.5 before eating and 5.5 after eating then you are short on alkaline
minerals and very acid.
If your
acid rating drops to below 5.5 after eating it is likely that you are
emotionally upset.
