Emotional Freedom Technique

As part of our commitment to 'Holistic Health' we now use a form of EFT which addresses the emotional factors connected with illness. We have been having tremendous results with this technique , finding that it provides that extra dimension of understanding to any holistic health programme  We have been amazed at how a simple recognition of some unwanted scripts locked into the mind can release healing potential.

EFT was formulated by Gary Craig in the States and there is plenty of information on the Web about this subject, Gary is a very dedicated pioneer in this area and we recommend his approach.

Steve Coburn is a local practitioner, very competent and experienced in EFT and he has personally met Gary in the USA. Steve has been running courses in EFT here in the South and we are fortunate to have trained with him. Although we are using EFT at regular interval we will refer patients to Steve when we feel that his extra experience may help.

Recent research has proven that the mind plays a huge role in health, and  we will be continuously updating and reframing our programmes to accommodate these new modules of understanding
